public/features/trade-journal.pngTrade journal
A journal that asks at the moment you actually know the answer, and records the half you could never write down later.
Open PortfolioWhat it does
- One line in the order form asks why you're taking the trade — collapsed until you want it, capped at a sentence, and asked when you know the answer rather than at 9pm
- Every fill records the market around it: funding, spread, how many positions were already open and how much of the account was on this one. None of that is recoverable a week later
- After a close, rate the trade out of five, tag it, and write down what you'd do differently
- Your reasoning locks when the trade closes. An editable thesis is just a note — the lock is what makes "was I right for the reason I thought" answerable at all
- Tags are yours to invent — setups, mistakes, moods — and they group across every trade that carries them
